• Experienced Educator & Leader: I’ve been in education for over 15 years, serving as Head of Science for 6 years and Head of Biology for 3 years. During this time, I developed a deep understanding of both student and teacher needs, refining strategies that genuinely make a difference in the classroom.
• Academic Expertise: I hold a Master's in Education, which has enriched my approach to effective and research-backed teaching practices. Additionally, I was Runner-Up for the Biology Teacher of the Year Award, recognition I’m incredibly proud of and which motivates me to continue striving for excellence in education.
